Refunds for Courses
a. Due to the intellectual property nature of our courses, we do not offer any refunds for them.
b. Once you have purchased a course, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Refunds for Live Classes
a. If you are enrolled in a live class, you may be eligible for a refund if you cancel before the start of the first session.
b. If you attend the first session and decide you do not wish to continue, you must inform us within 24 hours after the session has ended to be eligible for a refund.
c. We will refund the fees for the remaining sessions without any questions asked.
Cancellations
a. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any live class due to unforeseen circumstances, such as the unavailability of the instructor.
b. If we cancel a live class, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
